I have so far put a few pages together with ActiveX using JavaScript as a base. These pages use only the original ActiveX controls that come with the final version of Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 (which I highly recommend you use to view ActiveX sites at present). During my time on the web, I have created many graphics for web pages and they are offered for free on another site that I began some time ago....Media Link. Seeing as how I have never really had a personal site of my own, I thought it was time. ActiveX helped me make that decision. ActiveX is very new even by Web standards. So new that not many at present would be able to view them. My own personal site would be new as well. So I decided to put the two new things together and have fun with them. I also needed a reason to go to the trouble of making the new pages with ActiveX. Fun just wasn't good enough. They had to have a real base purpose. So I decided that having a new way to explore my free graphics might be a good start. So That's what I began with. I have a few pages of my free graphics displayed in a way that I have never seen freebies displayed on the WWW before. I hope it is wothwhile to you. I had fun and I hope you have fun trying them. Oh yes, these pages are presently designed for a screen resolution of 800 by 600. Of course, if you have any problems, feel free to let me know. I'd really appreciate it.
